Services provided: The drop-in club is for people with severe and enduring mental health problems living independently in Sutton, to find friendship and support in an unstructured atmosphere. There are activities for people to join in if they wish.

Opening Hours:
Monday and Thursday 10am to 3pm
Tuesday 10.30am to 3pm
Friday 10.30am to 2.30pm
Wednesday 6.30pm to 9.30pm
Saturday 11am to 4pm (at Cheam Resource Centre).

On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a benefits advice worker available to help with housing, debts, employment issues and other problems.

Services provided: Sutton Carers Centre is a first point of contact for family carers. Services include: advice, information and support for carers such as listening to concerns and assistance with completion of benefit forms. There is also a newsletter, social events, alternative therapies and a facility for referrals to other appropriate resources and support groups. In addition, there is a Young Carers Service and assistance for carers looking after people with mental health problems.

Services provided: SREC is an impartial organisation, which offers free confidential advice. They aim to help with conflict resolution, community cohesion and positive activity for young people.

Services provided: Sutton Support Group is aimed at carers who look after people with mental health problems and meets monthly at the Civic Offices in Sutton. They provide mutual support and the sharing of information as well as inviting speakers to give talks about relevant issues.

Services provided: PALS provide confidential advice, information and support. It can help you sort out any concerns or queries about the care provided and is able to offer guidance through the different services available from the NHS or other organisations. The service is also anonymous if required.
