Who we are

The Kingston Crisis and Home Treatment Team (KCHTT)  provides treatment to patients in an acute crisis in their own home as an alternative to hospital admission. Our team also works closely with Lilacs ward to allow early discharge from hospital.

Our Opening hours

Monday - Sunday 09:00-23:00. 

Between 23:00-09:00 Kingston & Richmond Home Treatment Teams provide a joint service to assess service users who may need admission to hospital

What you can expect

Everyone who uses our services first gets an assessment of their mental health needs and a plan of the care and support they will receive. They will also will also have one named person who co-ordinates their care and support. This person will be called either a named professional  or, if your needs are more complex,  a care co-ordinator. This person should be your main point of contact.  You can speak to them about how your treatment and support are going.

Referrals

Referrals usually come from Community Mental Health Teams, GPs or Kingston Hospital.  Patients who have previously used the service may be able to self-refer.
