What you can expect
Everyone who uses our services first gets an assessment of their mental health needs and a plan of the care and support they will receive. They will also will also have one named person who co-ordinates their care and support. This person will be called either a named professional or, if your needs are more complex, a care co-ordinator. This person should be your main point of contact. You can speak to them about how your treatment and support are going.
Clients are referred to us by: the Kingston and Richmond Assessment Team via GPs, self referral, Richmond community mental health teams, the Home Treatment Team, CAMHS and liaison psychiatry.
Please refer clients via letter or email to the team manager of the service.
As this is a tertiary service, referrals are mostly made via the Kingston and Richmond assessment team (the single point of access team) based at the Madison centre by telephone on 0208 977 3156.
