What you can expect
Everybody who use our services first gets an assessment of their mental health needs and a plan of the care and support they will receive. They will also will also have one named person who co-ordinates their care and support. This person will be called either a named professional or, if their needs are more complex, a care co-ordinator. This person will be their main point of contact and can say how their treatment is progressing.
Referrals are accepted from external professionals including schools, GPs, social services, audiologists.
Self referrals are also accepted from families but families are encouraged to discuss this with their local professionals prior to completing the form.
