Wandsworth CAMHS provides a comprehensive Tier 3 assessment and appropriate treatment Service for children and young people aged 0 - 18, their families and/or carers across the borough, focusing on those with severe and enduring mental health problems. Wandsworth CAMHS consists of the following:
Learning Disabilities Team - Queen Mary's Hospital The Learning Disabilities Team (020 8487 6311/6629/6049) is based in the Sandalwood Suite, which is located on the first floor of Queen Mary's Hospital in Roehampton, London SW15 and provides a comprehensive range of services for children and young people aged 0 - 18 who have emotional and behavioural problems with a moderate to severe learning disability. The Wandsworth CAMHS - Queen Mary's Team (020 8487 6988) is also based in the Sandalwood Suite, located on the first floor of Queen Mary's Hospital in Roehampton, London SW15. This team provide a range of services for children and young people aged 0 -18, their families and/or carers experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties. The Wandsworth CAMHS - Springfield, based on the upper ground floor, Building 15, Springfield Hospital, Tooting, London SW17 7DJ. This team also provides a range of services for children and young people aged 0 - 18, their families and/or carers experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties. |

he CAMHS Tier 3 provision (Queen Mary's and Springfield Hospital team) is for children and young people Wandsworth Tier 3 CAMHS complies with Department of Health waiting time targets of 13 weeks from assessment to first assessment appointment; however, the service aims to see children and young people as quickly as possible. All referrals for the CAMHS Tier 3 provision (Queen Mary's and Springfield Hospital Teams only) Schools - all referrals from schools must be made on an Electronic Common Assessment Framework (eCAF) and sent to gloria.renner-thomas@swlstg-tr.nhs.uk Other Agencies - all referrals must be made in writing and sent to the following address:

| Wandsworth Tier 3 CAMHS is not an emergency service; referrals will be processed within standard protocols regardless of who is making the referral. If you have a child or young person who requires emergency assistance, then a referral should be made to the child's GP or the A&E Department at St George's Hospital in Tooting, London SW17. |
