Positive Approaches to Schizophrenia

An evening event for families, friends and carers of people with mental illness in south west London

This event will give you an opportunity to hear about contemporary positive approaches to working with schizophrenia and to discuss how families, friends and carers can be fully involved.  There will be an opportunity to ask questions of the presenters and the Trust's Chief Executive Judy Wilson, and to put your issues and concerns across.

All carers, family members and friends of people using mental health services in SW London and interested staff and voluntary agencies are invited to attend.

The event will be opened by Judy Wilson, Trust Chief Executive, and Chaired by Ruth Allen, Director of Social Work, and will include presentations on different, positive ways of working with schizophrenia and promoting recovery.
