Annual Public Meeting 2009

24 September 2009

Diagnosing Dementia: See it Sooner

Time: 5.30 pm - 7 pm (refreshments from 5 pm)
Venue: Conference Room A, Springfield Hospital, 61 Glenburnie Road, Tooting SW17 7DJ

To highlight World Alzheimer's Day on 21 September, the theme for this year's meeting is dementia. Dr Chris Gilleard, Director of Psychology and Psychotherapy, will give an expert talk, a carer will relate their personal experience and Victoria Hill, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, will be sharing some interesting tips on how to keep your brain healthy.

The meeting is also an important opportunity to hear the Trust Chairman and Board talk about the Trust's work and performance over the past year, and to feed back your views to them. Copies of the Trust's Annual Report 2008-2009 will be available to take away, along with a useful new Trust booklet about common mental health problems and where to get advice.

Do come and participate in what is sure to be an interesting and enlightening evening.
