Facebook host ‘Debating Mental Health’ programme finale

Young people who have engaged with mental health services have developed debating skills were given the chance to make their voices heard in a public debate finale at London’s Facebook HQ on Tuesday, 11 April.

On Monday, 9 January, South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust (SWLSTG) hosted a special ‘Making Safeguarding Personal’ event to offer clinical colleagues across healthcare organisations with the opportunity to find out from people who use mental health services what safeguarding really means.  The event was also attended by Local MP Tom Brake.

SWLSTG rated as top mental health trust in England in the CQC community mental health services survey for overall experiences

In the latest Care Quality Commission report of people who use community mental health services 2016, South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust (SWLSTG) is pleased to place joint first of three trusts that scored 7.5 (out of ten) for the overall experience out of the 58 NHS Trusts in England and the only mental health trust to achieve this score.
