This is the first comprehensive Corporate Business Plan to be produced by the Trust for some time. It will need further refinement and is intended to be dynamic document that will be amended as the strategies and plans emerging within the Trust are confirmed. It does, however, provided a good basis upon which the Trust can build and in particularly develop the integrated business plan essential to achieve Foundation Trust status.
