Future plans

The Trust's plans and aims are detailed in the Corporate Business Plan. Over the three-year period covered by the plan the Trust hopes to:

• improve the experiences of our service users and staff
• attain a sustainable financial position
• achieve Foundation Trust status
• agree the details of our estates programme.

A key aspect of the estates programme is regeneration. New wards were recently opened in Tooting and Richmond (like those at Queen Mary's, pictured right) and the Trust’s headquarters at Springfield University Hospital is in particular need of redevelopment.
