Buildings

The proposed healthcare buildings employ an innovative design that accounts for maximum security, access, and privacy. Extreme care has also been taken to provide the best possible environment for service users, carers, and staff.

Built on 3 stories with roof plant rooms, the inpatient facilities are on the upper levels for privacy and minimum disturbance. Each ward will have access to activity rooms and secure outdoor areas. Bedroom entrances, gardens and courtyards have been designed for unobscured viewing from the ward.

Outpatient services and ancillary offices will be located on the ground floor and will contribute to a comfortable street environment.
