Research in child and adolescent psychiatry

The Trust's training scheme has a good record of published research generated by trainees.

Full-time trainees can be given one day a week to pursue relevant research projects. Supervision is available from consultants, and trainees can choose to develop their own research or assist with other people’s research.

In addition, trainees meet a number of times a year for research supervision with the research co-ordinator. There are also further formal teaching programmes available within the Trust to help people with research skills.
