Training in child and adolescent psychiatry

The South West London and St George’s Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Training Scheme for SpRs and ST4-6 psychiatrists is one of the five London training schemes. It is one of the smaller training schemes with only eight to 12 trainees at any one time. This allows for a more personal and flexible approach to meeting the training needs of each trainee.

The training scheme is also highly regarded for wide range of experience offered across the overlapping biological and psychosocial components of child and adolescent psychiatry.
