Springfield Hospital: Diamond Estate

The cost of student accommodation is £375 per month. Students are required to sign a tenancy agreement, pay a deposit and one months rent in advance. Any further invoices will be issued at the end of each month.

The accommodation consists of single rooms with shared facilities and a communal sitting room.  Residents are expected to provide their own crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and bed linen including pillows and duvets.

No TV is provided.

Tolworth Hospital: Draycott House

The cost of accommodation is £357 per month. Students will be required to sign a tenancy agreement, pay a deposit of £300 and one months rent in advance.  No invoices are issued but students are expected to pay any further rent by visiting the Support Services Office in Tolworth Hospital at the beginning of each month.

The accommodation consists of 5 single rooms per corridor, shared kitchen, sitting room, and bathroom. Washing machines and tumble driers are provided. Bedding, i.e. pillows, pillowcases, sheets, blankets and towels, are also provided.  We cannot guarantee what cooking/eating equipment is available in each kitchen so students are advised to bring their own.
