Parking

New Trust parking regulations will come into force on Monday 22 February 2010. These will apply to all staff, visitors and contractors (including students) parking on the Springfield, Tolworth, Barnes, and Richmond Royal sites.

From this date a valid Trust parking permit MUST be displayed. You must park your vehicle in a designated car parking space otherwise you could be clamped. The release fee for clamping is £50.

You will need to get a parking pass if you want to park on the Trust site. These are free of charge. Please visit the relevant point below to collect a pass. Passes must be displayed in windscreens at all times while vehicles are parked on Trust site.

Temporary Parking permits

If staying in hospital accommodation you will need a temporary parking pass to cover you until you can complete a parking permit application which will usually happen on the first day of your placement.  Check with the person issuing the temporary pass how long you are covered for i.e. one day at a time, or weekend etc and make sure that you are covered for all sites where you are living and working.

If not staying in hospital accommodation, on the first day of your placement, allow time to collect a temporary parking pass before you go to your clinical area to meet your educator.

Parking Permit Application

On your first day please complete a permit application form to allow you to park on Trust sites throughout your placement.  Remember to cover yourself for all sites that you may visit during your placement.
