Staff who have obtained a diploma in nursing can gain a degree-level qualification if they complete three modules at level three.

Diploma of higher education in mental health nursing

Healthcare assistants can take part in a three-year programme to become registered as a mental health nurse.

Postgraduate study

Nurses working at the Trust can apply for funding and time off to gain a MSc or PhD.
