Who we are and what we do

Much of the general information about the Trust, its history and how it fits into the NHS structure is already available on it's website.

How to access: Online see About Us / Introducing the Trust / Springfield’s History.

Organisational structure

Corporate governance information including details of board members and other key personnel are already in the public domain, these are routinely amended and updated.

How to access: Online see About Us / Trust Board and management team.

Organisations with which the Trust works in partnership

The Trust works closely with other NHS organisations and service providers, mostly local and in other regions when the need arises e.g. if a patient’s care is shared with another Trust or a patient moves to another part of the country.

We have many working partnerships both clinical and non-clinical and have information sharing agreements with our most frequent partners.
