Names and details of main contractors employed by the Trust and suppliers of goods and services are available on request.

Assets registers and information asset register

Not all of this information may currently be available. The information Commissioner’s Office does not expect public authorities to publish all details from all asset registers. However, requests for any specific field of interest will be considered and complied with wherever possible, subject to relevant exemptions under Freedom of Information legislation.

Register of interests, gifts and hospitality

Any register of interests kept in the Trust, register of gifts and hospitality provided to Board members and senior personnel.

Any information held in such registers will be made available in response to individual requests.

Disclosure log

Starting in January 2010  the Trust intends to publish an annual list of all Freedom of Information  (FOI) requests made during the previous calendar year. Details of the full disclosure in response to each FOI request will be made on request, though the identity of the applicant (if personal data) may be withheld.
