Getting to Richmond Royal Hospital by bus

Richmond Circus is the major bus station, which is a five-minute journey by bus from Richmond Royal Hospital. The following bus routes service Richmond: 190, 371, 391, 419, 493, H22, R68 and R70. From the Richmond Circus stop, turn on to Kew Road and take the first left at Shaftsbury Avenue. The hospital is at the end of this road.

Getting to Richmond Royal Hospital by Tube

The nearest London Underground Tube station to Richmond Royal is Richmond station on the District Line. This station is in Zone 4 and is about a 10-minute walk to the hospital. Upon exiting the station, turn right and head towards the Richmond Circus roundabout. From there, take Kew Road and then the first left onto Shaftsbury Avenue. The hospital is located at the end of this road. Alternatively, several buses run from Stop M at the Underground station to Richmond Circus.

Getting to Richmond Royal Hospital by National Rail

The nearest National Rail station is Richmond, which is a ten-minute walk from the hospital. This station is in Zone 4. South West Trains to Richmond station run from Vauxhall on the Victoria line or Waterloo on the Bakerloo, Northern and Jubilee lines. From Richmond station, patients and visitors can walk or take a bus to Richmond Circus.

Getting to Richmond Royal Hospital by car

Richmond Royal Hospital is located just off the Richmond Circus roundabout on the A316. Turn off on to Kew Road from the Richmond Circus roundabout, as if heading towards Kew Gardens, and take the first left at Shaftsbury Avenue. The hospital is just at the end of this road.

On-site parking for the Richmond Royal is limited. The hospital has a small car park and parking is free, though it is often very busy. All visitors will require a parking permit. Street parking is minimal, with some residential street spaces available.
