Advanced Development Programme

The Advanced Development Programme, 6 hour training programme for healthcare professionals, offers an opportunity to develop and enhance essential skills and techniques in supporting people with long term conditions to self-manage.  The programme is open to all primary and secondary care healthcare professionals working within the borough of Wandsworth.
