The Self Management Programme includes material on managing long term health conditions in general as well as depression in particular.
Below is a brief outline of the programme (Please note: this is not exhaustive or definitive and the content may change slightly as we modify the programme).
You are not expected to become an expert at all the things listed, or even find all of them helpful. The programme is designed to give you a taster of a number of self management strategies so that you can take away and practice the ones that you feel are most helpful to you.
