Your privacy

Your privacy is very important to us.

We have rules at CAMHS about how your information is dealt with and kept. These will be explained to you at your appointment. If not, ask.

We aim to give you a choice over who we tell about your appointments with us. We will respect this wherever possible, but sometimes, if staff are worried

about your safety, they may need to tell other people.

This might include talking to your parents, teacher, or a social worker. If this needs to happen,

CAMHS will talk to you about it so you know what is happening.

We will also keep your GP informed about your care.
