Services provided: The unit plans, commissions and monitors services for carers. It also runs a monthly support group for those who look after someone with a mental health problem - please call or email for times and venues. The group provides mutual support, information sharing and friendship with guest speakers often invited. A sandwich lunch is provided.

Services provided: A monthly support group for mental health service users and carers. There is a programme of speakers during the year, which includes psychiatrists, pharmacists and community psychiatric nurses. Please visit the website for times and venues.

Services provided: Sutton Carers' Centre provides advice, information and support for carers, such as listening to concerns and assistance with completion of benefit forms. There are also newsletters, social events, alternative therapies and a facility for referrals to other appropriate resources and support groups.

There is also a service for young carers offering information, advice, support, a break from caring and the chance to meet people in a similar situation.
