Peter Molyneux, Chairman

Peter Molyneux was appointed Chairman of the Trust from 1 May 2011. Peter was previously Chairman of NHS Kensington and Chelsea, where he has been closely involved in stakeholder engagement during times of major change. Peter has also worked in a range of non-executive and executive roles covering the health, housing and charitable sectors.
Peter is a member of the Homes and Community Agency Advisory Group on Older People and Vulnerable Adults and an Expert Adviser to the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
He is a Member of the John Madejski Centre for Reputation Management at Henley Business School and a member of the advisory group for the Board Leadership Programme at the King's Fund. He is the author of numerous reports and articles including, for the National Mental Health Development Unit, on the contribution of housing and support to effective recovery.
Marisa Broadhurst
Marisa Broadhurst was the London Senior Partner for Beachcroft LLP until her retirement. Her area of legal expertise was healthcare and real estate law. She was the private practice legal appointee to Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust for over 14 years, and acted for the Department of Health since 1990.
Marisa was appointed a non-executive director to the Board on 1 April 2010. Marisa has experience and exposure to depression, cerebral palsy and post traumatic stress disorder from bullying. She is keen to see better quality hospital facilities and planning, high quality treatment for those suffering from severe mental illness, including their families, and increase in carer support and input. She is the Carers' advisor on the Board and Chair of the Carers' Reference Group.
Tariq Cader
Tariq Cader began his term on 9 February 2009. He is a chartered certified accountant with an MBA. Previously a finance director of four property development companies, Tariq currently provides financial advice to smaller companies.
He is also a non-executive director of a leading social housing developer which manages 19,000 homes and is involved in large-scale Private Finance Initiative (PFI) regeneration schemes. He was previously a non-executive director at London Strategic Housing Ltd, a housing association which provides homes for key workers in London, including NHS staff.
Jean Daintith

Jean Daintith was appointed as a non executive director of the Trust in November 2011, having previously served on the Board of NHS Kensington and Chelsea.
A trained social worker, Jean has many years service in both housing and social services, including children's and adult social care, mental health and hospital social care work. She also has experience in partnership working, particularly with the NHS and voluntary sectors.
Jean is currently Executive Director for Housing, Health and Adult Social Care in Kensington and Chelsea and chairs the PCT's Drug and Alcohol Team, having previously chaired both children's and adult protection boards.
Iain McCusker
Iain McCusker was appointed to the Board on 1 April 2008. Iain is a chartered accountant with extensive business, financial and commercial expertise. He has particular experience in strategic, operational and financial planning, governance and risk management. He was a partner in Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now PWC) and has held senior executive positions in Unisys and Xerox with significant global responsibilities. He has also been Managing Director at The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
He is currently also Non Executive Director of a listed public company, an insurance company and a large professional services firm and is a Visiting Fellow of the Faculty of Management at Cass Business School.
