Senior Leaders Group

The Senior Leaders Group (SLG) meets monthly to:

identify the Trust's strategic themes,
monitor performance,
give an overall mandate,
receive high-level updates and,
ensure continuity with the vision.

The SLG also meets with the full Trust Board twice a year to discuss strategies, priorities and assess the Trust's performance in the year.
