Springfield regeneration programme

Springfield's grade two listed main building, built in 1840

The Trust has developed planning proposals for the Springfield site, to provide new, fit-for-purpose mental health facilities, make best use of the site, and deliver a range of community benefits.

Outline planning applications

The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government gave his approval for the Trust's plans in June 2012, following the public inquiry held in November 2011.
