Our achievements

• Springfield Consultancy is the support provider for SHINE, an initiative led and funded by the Health Foundation. Springfield Consultancy is currently providing consultancy support and advice for the 18 innovative healthcare projects designed to improve the quality of clinical services while reducing cost.
   
• Training in recovery and self-directed support across UK and Europe and accredited leadership at the point of care training. 
   
• Service reviews and evaluation of services for PCT providers including reviews of community services for adults and children and a review of outcome measures.
   
• LEAN redesign for PCT providers, including providing support on the implementation of 'Productive Ward' series and delivering licensed NVQ in LEAN business improvement techniques. 
   
• Redesigning care pathways in various health services - defining pathways, reducing waste and costing pathways and care packages alongside improving cost-effectiveness.
   
• Mental health practice development, including family intervention training and support with Zoning implementation for other NHS providers.
