Welcome to South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust. You can find out more about the organisation in this section.

The Trust was formed in 1994 but has a long history of providing mental health services for more than 160 years. The headquarters are at Springfield University Hospital in Tooting and the Trust also operates from nearly 100 other locations, providing community and hospital psychiatric services to Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth. We also offer more specialist services to people throughout the United Kingdom.
