Our policies
Policy documents ensure that there are documented systems and processes to describe how we conduct our business.
We have published here some key policies and procedures. If you would like a copy of a policy not listed here please contact the Corporate Affairs Manager on trustsecretariat@swlstg-tr.nhs.uk.
In situations where a policy has gone past the review date, it will remain valid, until it has been reviewed and the new one published on the Trust website.
