Mid year core standard declaration

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust Core Standards ‘Mid-Year’ was submitted to the Care Quality Commission at the beginning of December 2009.

The declaration is for the period from 1 April to 31 October 2009.

The declaration demonstrates the Trust’s position against a number of care standards under seven domains.

The Trust declared full compliance against the core standards in its ‘mid-year’ declaration.
