As a Trust we constantly strive to develop and improve the care we offer.

Evaluating our services helps us to analyse the impact of developments and identify further issues requiring attention.

In this section you can find out about the different ways research is done and evaluated to improve the range of services we provide.

• Annual Health Check - The system to assess the performance of all NHS Trusts in England including,
  • core standards declarations - shows the Trust’s position against a number of care standards.
• Surveys of inpatient care Surveys by the Care Quality Commission of our service users.
• Safety review Work carried out in Sutton hospital to improve the services for mental health patients.
• Annual audit letter Published yearly to show how the Trust manages its finances and uses its resources.
