User experience equality surveys

The Trust uses surveys to evaluate and improve our performance. The surveys give people using our services the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback about their experience.

In line with the Trust’s Race, Disability and Gender Equality Schemes, these local surveys allow us to evaluate differences in the experiences of:

  • black and minority ethnic communities
  • disabled and non-disabled people
  • men and women.

The surveys help us to identify any changes in service, and where we need to try harder to ensure everyone receives equal treatment and access to our services.

Our findings from the 2007/8 surveys, completed by 1,650 people, can be downloaded from the Publications section of the website.
