Gender equality

South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is committed to the fair and equal treatment of men and women, as both a service provider and employer. We are doing this through:

• evaluating our services and whether we offer equal provision based on both sexes' needs
• promoting gender equality for our staff.

Our Gender Equality Scheme sets out how we are achieving this in more detail. It was drawn up after consultation with our employees, service users and other stakeholders.
